• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your participation.

• All prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the original rate.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled date are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled activity are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling requests are allowed once per booking and must be made at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

4. Safety and Conduct

• Participants must adhere to all safety instructions provided by our team.

• We reserve the right to deny access to anyone deemed unfit or unsafe to participate.

• Disruptive behavior, including intoxication or violation of campsite rules, may result in removal without a refund.

5. Health and Medical Responsibility

• Campers participate in outdoor activities at their own risk.

• If you have any medical conditions, please consult a physician before participating and inform our staff beforehand.

• We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health issues arising from participation in our programs.

6. Supervision and Age Policy

• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

• Some activities may have specific age, height, or weight requirements for safety reasons.

7. Property Damage and Liability

• Participants are liable for any damage caused to campsite property or equipment.

• Ultimate Survival Campsite is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

8. Photography and Media Use

• We may photograph or record camp activities for promotional purposes.

• If you prefer not to appear in any media, please inform our staff in writing prior to participation.

9. Use of the Website

• All content on this site is the intellectual property of Ultimate Survival Campsite and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

• Misuse of the website, including hacking or unauthorized access, is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Himachal Pradesh, India.
